By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or the systems behind it, use automated tools to copy content from the Site beyond what our robots.txt file allows, submit false or misleading information through the quote form, or use the Site in a way that breaks any law.

The Site does not publish prices. A quote request sent through the Site is a request for a call back. It is not an order, an appointment or a contract, and it does not bind you or us. The price for any work is the price the shop gives you for your vehicle. Promotions shown on the Site are subject to exclusions; ask in the shop for current terms.

The Site links to lease-to-own programs offered by Progressive Leasing, American First Finance, Acima Leasing and Snap Finance. These are separate companies. Applications, approval and terms are between you and that company, under its own terms and privacy policy. J & J Llantas Inc is not the lender or lessor and does not guarantee approval.

The text, photos, graphics and code on the Site belong to J & J Llantas Inc or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other copying or reuse requires our written permission.

These terms cover the Site only. Work done at the shop is governed by what you agree to at the shop, such as a work order or invoice. Nothing on the Site changes those agreements.

The Site links to other websites, such as Google Maps, Google reviews and our financing partners. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by Texas law, J & J Llantas Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and its total liability for any claim about the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This section applies to use of the Site, not to work done at the shop.

If you send a quote request with your phone number, you agree that the shop may call you at that number about your request.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and using the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
