Privacy policy

If you send a quote request through the form on our contact page, we receive the name, phone number, vehicle, service, tire size and message you enter. The form does not ask for an email address or payment information. When you call or visit the shop, you may also tell us your name, phone number and vehicle details so we can do the work you came for. When you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect device and browser information (such as IP address, browser type and screen size), the pages you view and the page or site that referred you, and marketing information in the link that brought you here, such as UTM parameters and ad click IDs from Google, Microsoft, Meta or TikTok, and whether you arrived from a search engine, a map, an AI assistant, an ad or another website. If you use the chat on the Site, we receive the messages and any contact details you type into it. We also record how visitors move through pages (clicks, scrolling and mouse movement) to improve the Site.

We use this information to call you back about a quote request and do the work you ask for; to understand how people find the Site and which of our marketing works, including which page a quote request came from; to measure and improve our Google advertising, including showing our ads to people who have visited the Site; to keep the Site working and secure; and to comply with the law.

The Site uses cookies, browser local storage and similar technologies. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) measure visits, page views, quote requests and clicks on our phone, email, directions, financing and review links; analytics data is kept for 14 months. Google Ads (Google LLC) measures whether an ad led to a visit or a quote request and lets us show our ads to people who have visited the Site; Google sets advertising cookies for this. The Site also keeps a small record in your browser's local storage of how you first and most recently reached it, for up to 365 days, and sends it with a quote request. Quote requests are received by HighLevel (LeadConnector), our customer relationship management system. The Site is hosted by Vercel, and its typefaces load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads. The quote form is protected against automated spam by a short-lived form token and by Vercel BotID, which checks signals from your browser when you submit the form; no puzzle or extra step is shown. Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) records how visitors interact with our pages, as session replays and heatmaps; it is set up to mask what you type into form fields. IntentWave, a website visitor identification service, uses cookies and similar identifiers to recognize visitors and may match your browser to name, email, business or demographic information from its own data sources, so we can understand who is interested in our services. The chat on the Site is provided by HighLevel (LeadConnector), which receives the messages you send through it.

You can block or clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings; the quote form and the rest of the Site work without them. You can limit Google's ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with the service providers that run the Site, our analytics and our customer records for us (Google, Microsoft Clarity, IntentWave, HighLevel and Vercel, as described above); with Google, through the Google Ads tags, to measure and personalize our advertising; when required by law or to protect our rights, our customers or others; and if the business is sold or reorganized. When you apply for financing through a link on the Site, you apply directly on the financing company's own website; the Site does not send them your information.

Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months. The attribution record in your browser lasts up to 365 days, or until you clear it. We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you and run the business, or as the law requires.

We use reasonable safeguards for the information we hold. The Site is served only over HTTPS, and the quote form sends your information directly to our customer relationship management system. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling (214) 797-4292 or emailing jjllantasinc@yahoo.com. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

The Site links to other websites, including Google Maps, Google reviews and our financing partners' application pages. Their privacy practices are their own, and we recommend reading their policies.

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
